Started with a drum roaster and a stubborn idea
We didn't want another place that serves burnt beans in a pretty cup. Fig & Ember started with one question: what if we roasted the coffee the same way we cook the food — over real fire, with real attention?
Everything on the counter is made here. The croissants, the banana bread, the cold brew that's been steeping since yesterday. No outside suppliers, no frozen dough, no excuses.
We don't take reservations because we don't need to. Walk in, grab the corner table, stay as long as you like. Or message us on WhatsApp, order ahead, and skip the morning rush entirely.
